How to: Insert a bitmap into another picture in Paint.
Solution:
Open the picture in Paint, select the 'Edit' menu, and select 'Paste From...'.
NOTE: This solution assumes that Paint is opened.
1) Open the picture into which you want to insert a bitmap:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. (The 'Open' dialog box appears.)
b) In the 'Look in' drop-down list box, select the folder where the picture is located.
c) Select the file and click 'Open'.

2) Select the bitmap to paste into the picture:
a) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste From...'. (The 'Paste From' dialog box appears.)
b) In the 'Look in' drop-down list box, select the folder where the bitmap is located.
c) Select the bitmap file and click 'Open'. (The bitmap is placed in the Paint file.)

3) Position the mouse pointer on the newly inserted object and drag it to the desired location.
4) Once the position is selected, click outside the object.
NOTE 1: Once you click outside the object, it cannot be moved.
NOTE 2: The 'Draw Opaque' option in the 'Options' menu affects the pasting of objects.
